The Nobel series armchairs are complemented by the rocking chair 8945, whose straight back and noble expression are based on Nordic features and Danish design style. The frame is made of solid oak, has round edges and polished arms.
Both rocking chairs, like the other recliner models in the series, are designed with a strong focus on seating comfort, good back support and the possibility of infinitely adjustable backrests with the external brass locking handle. The upper part of the backrest can also be adjusted for optimal neck support – regardless of the backrest angle.
The rocking function's calm and rocking movements create peace for the user, so even people with dementia or mental illness will enjoy the chair. The chairs also come with a footstool with the option of an inclined seat position – (Nobel 8990 footstool).
The Nobel rocking chair is particularly suitable together with the Nobel 8920 and 8900 recliners for common/living areas in care centers, cozy corners in the healthcare sector and other institutions that want elegance and Danish quality. Nobel's elegance also makes it suitable for living/fireplace areas in hotels or conference centers.
